ABLE4STEM is a dynamic program designed to double the number of Massachusetts students who earn Associate’s and Bachelor’s degrees in STEM fields. This collaboration among the University of Massachusetts, the 15 State Community Colleges, Mass Competitive Partnership and the Governors STEM Advisory Council draws on educators, policy makers, higher education administrators and industry leaders to recruit and prepare students for STEM careers. ABLE4STEM establishes pathways for associate’s degree graduates from community colleges to enter STEM majors at UMass campuses.
