When all of the figures were added up for 2015-2016, they showed that WMWP had a very busy year.
As the infographic created by WMWP Outreach Co-Director Kevin Hodgson shows, in 68 different activities, WMWP engaged over 1,400 participants in over 14,000 hours of programming. To see a larger version of the infographic, click on the link below.)
The vast majority of these hours were logged in professional development (in-service) programs in area school districts, which contract with WMWP for projects ranging from one-day workshops to full-year curriculum development initiatives. WMWP's 2015-2016 efforts also included a renewed emphasis on youth programs, including one at the Springfield Armory (see story below).
None of this work could be accomplished without the energy and expertise of WMWP's teacher-leaders. Please join our leadership network by enrolling in the 2017 Summer Leadership Institute (see sidebar at right).
