2009 Advanced Institute Application

Please include a cover sheet that includes the following: your name, home address, telephone, and e-mail address; your school and school address, and the subjects and grade-levels that you teach. Include this cover sheet with the letter of application described below.

Your letter of application should describe why you would like to be involved in this advanced institute, what you hope to gain through your participation, and what strengths and/or experiences you bring to the work of the institute. Include how your participation in the institute will help further your development as a leader in your own school and/or WMWP.

Participation is limited to 10 Summer Institute alums. Preference will be given to applicants who are committed to work in WMWP professional development programs.
