More than 90 percent of UMass Amherst employees, including many supervisors, work under union contracts. We will focus on the basic structure of a collective-bargaining agreement, develop a working knowledge of non-faculty contracts (PSU/MTA, AFSCME and USA/MTA), and applying agreements to situations from your workplace.
