Human Resources provides a wide range of employment, personnel, benefits, and compensation services. This course provides a fundamental understanding of campus employment from the recruitment and selection of new faculty and staff to managing specific HR status transactions. University policies, procedures, and collective bargaining agreements that govern employment will also be reviewed.
