It is critical to an effective organization for employees engaged in the same function to share the same foundational knowledge, concepts, and language. This session covers an overview of the campus budget, basic budgeting concepts, and fund accounting principles.

Participants will learn:

How the total campus budget is structured and funded
How your individual budget fits within the campus budget timeline
Basic budgeting concepts and terms
Basics of Fund Accounting
