At times, we all need to relieve work-day stress and tension. Learn breathing and self-massage techniques from Japanese acupressure and Swedish massage, Yoga and Dance for a healing, relaxing and energizing experience. This “demo and do” workshop is geared towards relieving general office work related tensions such as headaches, eyestrain, back and neck tension, and tendonitis.
