Self Maintenance For Campus Workers  
     
 

Find immediate relief from work-day stress and tension through Japanese Acupressure and Swedish self-massage techniques, and use movement exercises culled from Yoga and Dance, relaxing and energizing experience. This "demo and do" workshop is geared toward relieving general work-related tensions such as headaches, eyestrain, back and neck tension, and tendonitis.
