In this workshop we will discuss healthy food choices while you're shopping at the grocery store and how to read the labels for ingredients that may cause Food Borne Illness. We will also discuss ways to store your food safely to prevent illness.

How to select safe foods at the grocery store
How to select healthy foods – how to read labels
How to safely store groceries once at home to prevent food borne illness
