Moderate increases in physical activity can produce numerous health benefits. In this three-part workshop, we will assess your current level of fitness and create a personalized exercise plan to get you started. The fitness assessment and personalized exercise program (parts two and three) will be scheduled for a later date during the first session. Participants need only register once.
