Gentle Kripalu Yoga (Stress Reduction)  
     
 

Why practice Kripalu Yoga? Experience a greater sense of health, well-being, and peace in body, mind and spirit, by joining this meditative and nurturing yoga workshop.  You will be guided to move at your own pace, honoring your body’s needs in each moment in a compassionate and non-judgmental way.  Classes consist of warm-ups, guidance through a series of postures, breathing exercises, and deep relaxation.  Please bring a mat or blanket to sit on and wear loose, comfortable clothing.

*A $55 fee per participant will be charged for these eight-session series. Participants will receive payment information at the first session. Do not send payment with registration.

Course Objectives :
Participants will learn:
Stretches that tone muscles, release chronic tension, improve circulation, energize and refresh
Ways to calm your mind of restless thoughts, cultivate concentration, support mental clarity and confidence, and promote self-awareness
How to encourage self-acceptance, honor inner wisdom and invite deep stillness
