Performance Management

WLD custom designs Performance Management upon request, to meet your department or team's needs. They are often the most effective way to provide professional development opportunities for staff while meeting the needs of the organization.

Workplace Learning and Development staff are also available to meet with managers and supervisors to identify and address needs and concerns on aspects of performance management and evaluation.  This can include indentifying the different policies and procedures for the various performance systems on campus, supporting goal development, and providing consultation on writing of performance reviews.
