As you may know, any travel that is out-of-state or overnight requires a supervisor’s signed approval. The University is now transitioning from a paper Pre-Travel Authorization form, to an online process.
The new Online Travel Registry has been piloting in several departments for the past year, and all of the remaining departments will be coming onboard in the next several months.
For all Travel Preparers: In order to keep your travel preparer access, you will be required to attend one of the Online Travel Registry training sessions between August 16th and November 17th. Once you have received your training and have been set up with your Online Travel Registry login, you will be expected to start using this online process for all of your travelers.
