This workshop focuses specifically on the Performance Review and Development phase of performance management.  We will examine all aspects of the performance management review process: the University forms; the pitfalls associated with evaluation; steps to prepare for a formal review; the performance review conversation; ways to improve performance and support employee development; and a review of Human Resources policies and procedures related to performance management.
