New Supervisor Orientation  
     
 

To support a productive and positive work environment the university needs well prepared supervisors and managers. This program will orient staff and faculty, either new to supervision, and/or new to the campus to the expectations of supervisors, and provide information and resources that are available to promote quality supervision.

What are the expectations the University has of supervisors

An overview of University policies, procedures, and systems that supervisors are responsible for

About the crucial role they play in promoting a respectful workplace
What resources are available to supervisors and managers to support them in their role
