Healthy & Effective Supervisor

Effective supervision requires intellectual, physical, and emotional effort. Beyond the technical job knowledge, supervision requires the ability to clearly analyze problems and appropriately respond to each individual and each situation. Nurturing the physical resilience and emotional health to manage the stress of supervision are as important for success as critical thinking, situational analysis, and emotional intelligence. This workshop will look at the foundational physical, emotional and spiritual health issues that contribute to optimal management.
