Goal Setting and Performance Planning  
     
 

Performance planning is the first stage of an effective performance management system.  We will review the importance of goal setting, examine ways to establish appropriate and realistic success standards, and discuss methods to monitor and evaluate goal completion. This workshop will allow you to focus on the benefits of supervisor and supervisee collaboration to establish effective goals for performance.
