Performance Management workshops designed to meet your department or work office needs are often the most effective way to provide professional development opportunities for staff while meeting the needs of the organization.
Workplace Learning and Development staff are available to meet with managers and supervisors to assist in identifying and addressing needs and concerns related to all aspects of performance management and evaluation. This can include indentifying the different policies and procedures for the various performance systems on campus, supporting goal development, and providing consultation on writing of performance reviews.
