Mary LeMoine
From early adulthood, as a Nautilus instructor and fitness class devotee, I have been committed to lifelong physical movement and health. As an adult I have studied Ballet, Jazz, and Figure Skating. I began taking yoga classes briefly approximately 12 years ago. In 2006, I joined a local yoga studio, fell in love with the practice, and have not stopped practicing since. I am a certified yoga instructor at the 200 hour level. I enjoy hiking and mountain biking as often as possible, as well as backpacking and wildlife photography, and enjoy treks throughout the northeast and western states with family and friends. I feel very strongly that to keep your body moving…you have to keep moving! Good physical condition is so important for personal wellness and a healthy body. I am hopeful you will join me and allow me to assist you in keeping your own body moving, your mind calm, and enjoy the practice of yoga.
