Supervisory Leadership Development Program Six Sessions  
     
 

This certificate program offers in-depth learning for supervisors and managers who seek to establish or enhance the broad range of knowledge, skills, and abilities required for effective supervision. The program covers topics such as; performance management, dealing with employee conflicts, organizing and delegating work, and implementing campus policies. Organized around four competencies of managing self, other, the work, and the system, the course offers both new and seasoned supervisors an opportunity to learn collaboatively with supervisors from across the campus.

Individual sessions in this course cannot be taken separately.
