Intergroup Dialogues
Intergroup Dialogue (IGD) offers a unique opportunity to engage participants in substantive conversations with others from varied racial, gender, and class backgrounds. Specially trained co-facilitator teams help group members strengthen their abilities to create positive empathetic relationships with people with different social identities, to understand the complex social world around them, and to work toward a more diverse integrated community. Read about the history of Days of Dialogue.
Workplace Learning & Development will offer introductory IGD experiences during the Days of Dialogue. These will be one-time dialogues offered multiple times. Please choose one option that best fits your schedule.
