Computer use is a general fact of the modern office. Musculoskeletal Disorders are a rising cause of injury and work time loss for many office employees. Common Musculoskeletal Disorders are often caused or aggravated by two simple factors: poor workstation (computer set-up) design and personal work habits. In this workshop, we will explore what you can do to reduce your own risk for common MSDs.
