Do the negative behaviors of others pull you down and affect the morale of your workplace?  We sometimes, inadvertently, participate in or tolerate a work culture of negativity, not realizing its corrosive impact on ourselves and others. Learn about the ways in which you can keep yourself and your workplace from being dragged into the negative vortex.

Participants will learn:
How negative and positive attitudes and behaviors affect work
To measure the impact of negative and positive energies at work
How to evaluate the usefulness of negativity and constructive criticism for problem-solving
To assess your role in perpetuating and/or blocking the cycle of negativity
How to redirect conversations from a negative frame to a more positive one
