Understanding Yourself With MBTI Series

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is one of the most recognized and validated personality inventories in the world. This tool is utilized in fields ranging from career development, to roommate matching to dating services. One of the most useful applications of this tool is in understanding how we and others interact in the workplace. This two part workshop will give participants an opportunity to take the MBTI with a qualified instructor, to learn more about themselves through the lens of MBTI and to better understand others with whom we work. Participants will be sent the MBTI to complete and return in advance of the start of the workshop.
