Team Challenges

Permanent or temporary teams are commonly created to address large, complex, or fluid work projects. On occasion, there is a breakdown between the theory of teamwork and its practice that can overshadow all other issues, and stall the work process. In this workshop, we will address some of the common roadblocks to effective team functioning and help you gain the insight and practical skills to evaluate and resolve these issues.
