Taming Your Inner Critic

Sometimes the root of negativity may be with the self. If not acknowledged or addressed, intense feelings of self-criticism and low self-esteem can overwhelm and become misdirected at others, causing harm to your work relationships. This interactive session gives you the assessment tools and alternatives to negativity that can help you create a healthier work environment for yourself and others.
