Solving Team Problems

In this workshop participants will explore the difficulty of solving problems on teams having the opportunity to try on different roles that team members often play: the leader; the helpful follower; the cheerleader; the trouble maker; and the fixer.  The contributions and challenges of each role will be explored and participants will have an opportunity to look at these roles as they relate to their own workplace situation. Participants must have attended the first session to take the second session.
