Respectful Workplace

This series explores the definition of a respectful workplace and examines our role in fostering such a workplace.  We learn how respectful behavior is similar and different between individuals and across cultures, and identify common roadblocks to creating respect in the workplace. We will assess our ability to influence respect at work, learn new tools, and practice specific techniques for creating positive change in our workplaces.
