Conflicts happen everywhere, including at work. Both large and small conflicts have the potential to cause tension and disruption, involve others, and spiral out of control. Conflicts can often be respectfully and successfully resolved using a mediation process. This mediation certificate program provides a highly interactive core competency training in basic workplace mediation.

Certification: Participants must attend sessions I and II, including all twelve hours of training to receive a certificate of completion.
