Manage E-Mail and Info Overload

E-mail and the internet provide us with so many pluses, that we often hesitate to examine the minuses that many of us experience. As an employee, if you dread going on vacation because your e-mail box will be “so full” when you get back, or you spend your entire afternoon off looking for the perfect chili recipe, you have reached the point of overload. This workshop will give you the chance to learn techniques to better manage the information age.
