How can I tell my boss that she is wrong about something? How can I tell my co-workers to stop gossiping about another co-worker? How can I explain that the mistake was my fault without losing my job? These and many other situations are the basis for some of our most difficult conversations in the workplace. This workshop will introduce participants to one method for handling difficult conversations. Participants will learn this method, have an opportunity to practice the techniques, and outline a plan for initiating their own difficult conversation. |
