Getting Along At Work

The most unlikely issues can be the source of conflict at work. Simple differences in the ways we work can give rise to friction, miscommunication, and conflict. While we may be unaware of the impact of our work style on others, knowledge of ourselves and others can be the key to improving work relationships and increasing productivity.
