Exploring Emotional Intelligence

“Emotional Intelligence is a way of recognizing, understanding, and choosing how we think, feel, and act. It shapes our interactions with others and our understanding of ourselves.” Daniel Goleman. Understanding our own emotional intelligence, what our strengths are and what may be hindering us is vital for employee success in today’s work environment. Workshops cannot be taken individually.
