Extend to commit effort and energy, Bend to yield to the constriction and to accept limitations, and Balance to find that space where your effort and yielding converge and create stability. This workshop highlights Iyengar Yoga, a type of Hatha Yoga developed by an Indian Yogi Master B.K.S. Iyengar. Hatha Yoga combines physical poses, breathing and meditation. Participants will be introduced to some of the most traditional poses. Please bring a mat, towel, or blanket to sit on and wear loose, comfortable clothing.
