In today's changing workplace, more work is being performed in teams. It is professionally useful to understand the aspects of effective teams and develop your individual skills as a team member. This series defines the essential components of effective teams, including decision making and problem solving, identifies tools to develop effective teams and explores how to work as part of diverse teams.
