Difficult People At Work

We often find that we lack the skills necessary to deal appropriately with conflict at work. Sometimes, this results in conflict avoidance as a means of conflict “resolution.” Such short-term responses are ultimately ineffective, and can actually lead to an escalation of conflict while reducing your options for resolution. This workshop will focus on actively addressing conflicts as they occur and on methods for addressing common conflict situations.
