When working as a part of a team, knowledge about the skills of the group and the team individuals can determine the success of both. In this session, we will explore more aspects of successful teams, and examine the importance of assessing individual team member skills. We will also review and use tools to support the growth and development of teams in effective decision-making and in efficient use of meetings.
