In today's changing workplace, more work is being performed in teams. It is professionally useful to understand the aspects of effective teams and develop your individual skills as a team member. This series defines the essential components of effective teams, explores the importance of decision-making in teams and examine the use problem-solving and conflict resolution skills in highly productive teams . We will also review tools to support the growth and development of teams.
