Delivering Difficult Feedback

One of the hardest jobs of being a supervisor is delivering difficult feedback to an employee. Most of us find ways to avoid it at first only to later realize that the problem doesn’t go away on its own. This workshop, specifically for supervisors, will cover the basics of effective feedback and move on to help you enhance and practice your feedback skills.
