In a world-class teaching and research university with students, faculty and staff from around the nation and the world, culturally sensitive customer service is essential to our success. This workshop will explore the necessity for cultural sensitivity in customer service and review the skills and practices for assuring that everyone receives the highest quality customer service in our workplaces.
