Creating A Positive Work Environment

We all know the power negativity can have in our lives, but does it have to be that way? Negativity is complex in its origins and its development and it can be devastating to both individuals and groups.  It can permeate an organization, crippling the potential for positive growth and change.  Everyone has a role and responsibility in creating the environments in which we live and work.  Learn what you can do to help create and/or sustain a healthy workplace environment through participation in this three-part series.
