Conflict Management

The word conflict brings many images to mind, most of them unpleasant. But dealing with conflict has become more and more a part of our workplace and many even try to sell us on the idea that conflict can be positive. Yet we still tend to avoid conflict whenever we can. This workshop will focus on both ways to prevent and deal with conflict when it arises.
