Colleagues Coping With Loss

As co-workers we often want to offer support to a colleague who is dealing with a personal crisis such as the death of a loved one or a diagnosis of a serious illness. In this workshop we will discuss the variety of ways we can provide support, the importance of avoiding a “one size fits all” approach, and the challenge of honoring and maintaining appropriate boundaries.
