Being a Team Player

The first session of this workshop will focus on skills we all need to be effective members of work teams. In this highly interactive session participants will practice some basic communication skills including listening and feedback. Participants will then move on to some group problem solving exercises and explore some of the common dynamics that influence all teams. This workshop may be taken alone or in conjunction with the following session. In order to take the second session you must attend the first.
