Basic Customer Service Skills  
     
 

As employees of the flagship UMass campus each of us plays an integral role in the success and reputation of the institution. This overview workshop which introduces participants to the basics of effective customer service is part of a three part Customer Service Certificate Series. Sessions may be taken as individual workshops, however, participants must complete all three workshops in this series to receive a certificate. To sign up for the series, you must register for each workshop separately.
