Intro to Anti-Bullying (For New Faculty and Staff)

The University of Massachusetts Amherst has launched an initiative aimed at increasing understanding of the problem of workplace bullying, reducing its occurrence, and clarifying the responsibility of supervisors for ensuring a productive workplace in which all can contribute to their maximum potential.

Attendance at one of these workshops is mandatory for all faculty and staff members (including post-docs) and for graduate student employees who receive stipends. Undergraduate and graduate student hourly employees are not expected to attend.
