Over the past 35 years, the Wind Energy Center has enjoyed collaborative working relations with:

• Leaders in the wind energy industry, such as General Electric, Vestas, Second Wind, and others.
• National and international research institutions, such as the federal Department of Energy, National Renewable Energy Laboratory, and Riso National Laboratories in Denmark; as well as Universities in the United Kingdom, Sweden, Denmark, the Netherlands, and Germany.
• Educational institutions, such as the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, the University of California Davis, Northern Arizona University, the University of Texas at Dallas, and Texas Tech University.
