| Ron Welburn (1944- ) is most recently the author of Roanoke and Wampum: Topics in Native American Heritage and Literatures (Peter Lang, 2000). A poet of Native-American and African American heritage, he voices in his poetry the spirit of those heritages in two collections of poetry, Brownup, and other poems (Greenfield Review Press, 1977) and Heartland: selected poems (Lotus, 1981). Welburn offers us a reading of selected poems. |
