Provides a full continuum of human services to people in the Pioneer Valley.   ServiceNet's programs include:   acute mental health services, outpatient clinical and counseling services, adolescent support programs, an employee assistance program, early intervention services for young children, mental health and mental retardation/head-injured residential rehabilitation programs, and shelter and housing services.

Provides family, individual and couples counseling, parent education and groups along with site supervision.

Provides counseling for children.   Pioneer Valley, located in the basement of the Clinic, provides counseling for adults.

Hotline for overwhelmed parents and parents in crisis and offers counseling and support groups for parents throughout Massachusetts.

Provides support to children under three with developmental delays.

24-hour hotline available in both Spanish and English.   Provides parents with information and counseling.

Provides a free home visiting program for first time young parents (20 & under).   "A Home Visitor is someone you can trust who will get to know you and your baby and will help you build your parenting skills, answer questions you may not feel comfortable asking others, and work with you and your family to strengthen relationships.   With a Healthy Families Home Visitor by your side, you can find the support and information that will help you become the parent you want to be."

Healthy families can also help their clients find the right services and programs for young parents in their community, like day care, health insurance, job placement agencies, continuing education, and more.

Provides resources and referrals for child care.

Child SSI/Public assists children with special care needs.   They provide information and technical assistance for disabled/blind children, including Medicaid and managed care issues.   SSI also provides information and referral for DPH case management services.

Information for parents who have child support cases pending with the Department of Revenue.   The website has information on the process in the court system, payments, frequently asked questions, and more.   Forms are also available, including an application to apply for services.

Directs three programs for single teenage and older mothers and their children.   All offer transitional living in a supportive environment for low income and often homeless mothers who, with the help of staff, gain the skills necessary to manage life successfully when they leave.

Offers financial aid, food stamps, and Medicaid to women with dependent children (AFDC).   Money is available on an emergency basis for housing with limitations.   Walk-in applications are available 8:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Works to ensure the safety of every woman, to inform women of their rights and options, to assist women in obtaining 209A restraining orders and to provide support, information and referrals as needed.

24-hour domestic violence hotline that provides immediate crisis intervention, safety planning, support for victims, information, referrals, access to emergency shelters, and support for family, friends, and professionals who are concerned about a survivor of domestic violence.

In Springfield, serving the counties of Berkshire, Franklin, Hampden, and Hampshire.

Program specializing in court-based advocacy for victims of domestic violence seeking protective orders.   These advocates assist victims in completing paperwork for 209A protective orders and developing personalized safety plans.

Can help pay for medical and dental expenses, counseling expenses, loss of income due to disability or death, and funeral or burial expenses up to $4000.   VCP is designed to assist victims of crime recovery from the consequences of violence.   The crime must have been committed in Massachusetts and reported to the police within five days unless good cause for delay.   Victims and family members can submit claims within three years of the crime.   Call for application form.

Provides legal assistance to low income clients, working especially with child support cases.

Provides comprehensive counseling services to participants who are deaf or hearing impaired.

Provides referrals for a variety of resources ranging from counseling to summer camps.

Provides free legal advice for disabled individuals.
