Visit Campus

January 1st through May 9th, 2013  tours are offered Monday through Saturday.

Tours are conducted at the following times:

Mon-Fri:    11:00 am, 1:30 pm, and 2:30 pm

Sat:           11:00 am & 1:30 pm

Campus Tours

Student-led walking tours provide an overview of our academic programs and campus life. Tours last about 75 minutes and originate from the Robsham Memorial Center for Visitors. Please note that these are walking tours, rain or shine. 

Please use our Campus Tour Registration system to reserve your preferred date and time.
 

Holiday Tour Schedule

Tour and Information Sessions will follow a Saturday Schedule on the following dates:

Monday, January 21st (Martin Luther King Jr. Day)

Monday, February 18th (Presidents' Day)

Monday, April 15th (Patriot's Day)

Tour and Information Sessions are not offered on the following dates:

Saturday, March 15th - Sunday March 24th (UMass Amherst Spring Break)

Admission Information Sessions

Learn more about the application review process from one of our Admission Representatives. Admissions Information Sessions are offered at 10:00 am and 12:30 pm on weekdays and Saturdays (Saturday sessions are only available in the fall, winter and spring semesters).

Please note that if you have already applied to the University, you most likely do not need to attend a session. We encourage you to contact the academic department(s) you're interested in to learn more about their availability on the date of your visit.

Online reservations for Campus Tours, including optional Admissions Information Sessions, are now available. Select the link located in the left sidebar at the top of this page to schedule a tour.

Information Sessions last for about 40 minutes, allowing adequate time for guests to also participate in a Campus Tour.

Information Sessions are not offered during the following time periods: May 28th, and July 4th 2012.

Don't miss the Information Session. Please check-in at the Visitors Center at least 15 minutes prior to the session to obtain the daily room location, a parking pass and directions.

Meet a Current Student

Speak with a current student about various aspects of college life. Student Admissions Representatives can provide information about the University and share their own personal experiences with a prospective student. Contact the Visitors Center at 413-545-0306 to schedule this opportunity to meet a current student and experience an informal non-evaluative interview. The 15-minute interviews can be scheduled in advance of your visit and take place Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Due to the high volume of visitors throughout the month of April, we will not be hosting informational interviews.
 

Parking

To allow sufficient time for parking, please arrive at the Visitors Center at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled tour or information session. You may temporarily park your vehicle in the 15 minute spots behind the Visitors Center; bring your license plate information with you when you check in with our receptionist. You will be given a parking pass and directed to move your car to the appropriate lot.
